When you're doing the tutorial, do everything exactly as Ruth and Craig say, and when they ask you to deliver strawberries to people, do so (don't give one to Anissa she's their daughter, she doesn't need the gift).

When mining, though, you can tell what an ore or Wonderful will refine to by the number of sparkles it displays. Mining isn't too tough, but the camera angles will shift and you'll sometimes crack the floor beneath you also, storage space is limited and items are a bit tough to manage/organize. New townsfolk are unlocked gradually after completing rainbows - they'll come on the 1st and 15th of each season. Money is easy to make here, and things aren't as expensive. Part-time jobs are available, and are nice ways to earn some extra cash and give small friendship boost to the people who work in those shops. This will be vital when dealing with your animals.

Time moves even indoors, and it moves quickly. People don't take as long to befriend conversely, wild animals take MUCH longer than in AP. If you've played Animal Parade, know that affection is. It'll tell you what to save up - because you'll need to save up items (across seasons) to make rainbows. Fogu does actually have a guide for it, but it' one of their bare-bones guides on the main site, rather than having its own separate page.
